Slides coated with poly-L-lysine
Poly-L-lysine is a synthetic polyamide. The charge density in this polymer can be varied over a wide pH range.[1] Poly-L-lysine has a number of free amino groups to form good adhesion to the glass surface as well as to the tissue.
